Admissions
To apply for the 2012-2013 school year, download and print out the Student Application below and submit to the school office. You may also contact the school office to request an application or for more information. Currently we have openings in 3rd and 8th grades. All other grades have waiting lists. Applications for grades that are fully enrolled will be placed on the waiting lists in the order in which they are received.

Send completed applications to the school office by scanning the application and emailing it to info@cannonriverstemschool.org or by mailing it to the school at the address below. Applications will receive a confirmation e-mail notifying you of receipt. If you do not receive an e-mail within ten school days, please call the office to confirm it has been received:
