Cannon River Stem School

To apply for the 2012-2013 school year, download and print out the Student Application below and submit to the school office.  You may also contact the school office to request an application or for more information.  Applications must be received by 4 p.m. on March 6th to be included in the Lottery held on March 8th.  Applications received after that point will be placed on the waiting lists in the order in which they are received.

CRSS Application for 2012-2013

Openings for the 2011-2012 school year currently exist in 1st, 2nd, 7th and 8th grades.  To apply for the current 2011-2012 school year, complete a 2011-2012 application:  CRSS Application 2011-2012.  Waiting lists for the 2011-2012 school year are honored up until the public lottery on March 8th, after which point all 2012-2013 slots will be filled and waiting lists extablished.

Send completed applications to the school office by scanning the application and emailing it to info@cannonriverstemschool.org or by mailing it to the school at the address below.  Applications will receive a confirmation e-mail notifying you of receipt.  If you do not receive an e-mail within ten school days, please call the office to confirm it has been received:
